    sc 50-02 on bh 920

    hi guys,

    anyone encountered the code sc 50-02 on bizhub 920?

    We have replaced already the PRCB but it did not correct the problem...

    Upon start up, the machine will have an error code without any part/s initializing....

          Error code SC50-02 (bizhub PRO 920) or C-0002 (bizhub PRO 950).
          CAUSE: Main body drive serial input abnormality 2 due to failed ADU Driver Board assembly (ADUDB). ICP5 is OPEN (bizhub PRO 920) or ICP17 is OPEN (bizhub PRO 950). Both are for HV2.

          SOLUTION: Replace the bizhub PRO 920 ADUDB (p/n 57GA -907 2E) or the bizhub PRO 950 ADUDB (p/n A0Y5 H070 02).

          CHECK ICP5 SEE IF ITS OPEN...

          I would escalate after that as it does say something about these errors being security related. Not sure what they mean but maybe its worth calling
