[Electrical] problem with C353

hi.
c353 in service mode can not show TCR level in image units and that show 0.00 in all images.so that machine can not use toner and empty developers.
in this machine when i go to test mode in service mode and print 1 page from any tests machines freeze in test mode screen and cant ready again until power turned of and on.
i replace mfp board and replace PWb dc controller and firmware it but cant fix it.help me please.

In this case you have any problem with the imaging unit. replace one by one to identify the defective unit.

in level history mode tcr level in all of imaging units ( CMYK ) is 0.00 on stabilization and ready to copy.
if one of imaging units have a fault or disconnected on tcr sensor it displays 13 - 15 on level history not 0.00 ?!!!

I would look at a HVT, or overall power supply issue, especially with all 4 mis-reporting. Emujo

i don't think that problem is on HVT because machine have not any P warning on stabilizing and printing quality but power supply can makes this problem on miss reporting from MFP.
i check it power supply board soon.
