    Konica Minolta C-203 service code BOO3

    Does any one know what this could be? I perform trouble reset but it keeps coming back. Had to replace the MFP board but would like to repair it if possible.

      If you disable the fax option with in service mode this should hopefully get rid of the code. if it has a fax unit fitted re-seat the option board and make sure the FK-502 is connected fully.

          Sounds like someone removed the fax board and didn't turn it off in service mode. System 2- option board status.
