    C280 C360

i have weird one well 2. the fault on the original c280 was it had lost the K prints , when printing in colour m colors all fine just no black! i replaced K drum K dev unit ITB and toner hopper units as level reading was really low. All this fault still there so i replaced the machine with a working C360 from our office it has been on site for around a week and now the same fault has occurred ,but only intermittently at present

    any Ideas?

I have attached images from both prints and copys

I can't say that I've seen it myself, but I've heard tell of failing developer drive clutches. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I agree with Blackcat! K Drive clutch is toast!

This post was wrong. Redacting info to not cause confusion. I had the wrong copier. Use what blackcat said.

Just out of curiosity gents, at what copy counts do you see this particular failure? =^..^=

              Re: C280 C360

This is quite common as the wires on the K developing drive clutch break internally. They did not have a seperate part number for this as you had to get the whole drive system.
After a few moans they released a seperate part number for the clutch.
              See enclosed document.
With a little bending you can get this clutch in.

Two times for this quality problem and other for noise . All the machines less than 100k copies

Ouch! My machine population had on average 1.2M, and I hadn't seen it once. Maybe I'm just lucky ... =^..^=

Well, as you know with the new Bizhub 4e series, they build them bad in batches it seems
