We controle IP-432 has 2 photocopiers from konica in 7222 with printer.
we have print test below(at the bottom) windos 7.problem is only of one photocopier print funtion leave test Windows.
Other photocopier also konica in 7222 with IP-432 print no test Windows???

Maybe a defective controller? We need more details - if you try to print via network, does it work? Are you able to access the controller menus on the non-printing machine?
