Had one similar on C350,was defective MFPB.Network configuration, internal test,PSWC was good and the prints form PC's couldn't get to the mfp,no job log or anything.

... and print, and access web interface? As far as the printer is concerned, print data is indistinguishable from a network or crossover, or for that matter a print-to-file sent to the printer's IP address (not using the print driver).

Then if you're successful, connect the laptop to the network line to see if it will connect. If yes, ping back to the server to see the response times.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

yep -I would connect it straight to my laptop and try to print before anything, that will immediately define problem is machine or network related...just for kicks upgrade firmware.
Hey what ya doing? - just screwing around.
