[Misc] Konica Minolta C252 Data Light Keep on Flashing

Konica Minolta C252 Date Light Keeps on Flashing sometimes. Client has to off and on the copier. They are getting this problem every 3-4 days.

Please advise.

This MFP is pretty old, you may be getting print data the it can't understand. Cycling power is clearing the RAM but when that job is sent again you get the same symptom. Trouble areas could be;
1. Printing from the web
2. Driver/OS mismatch
3. PS files using the PCL driver
As always, a firmware update is not a bad idea. EMujo

If you use wireshark it would identify the IP the data is coming from. Had a B36 with same problem.
