[Misc] Konica bizhub 1050 developr change

Hello, Is there a developer calibration when installing new developer? Just replacing Drum, blade and developer and go through the Drum Peculiarity adjustments! Also what is the cartridge set mode, and when is it done? Thanks

Use the manual. List of adjustment items. This gives u the adjustment procedure when changing spares. This machine has excellent process control it would fix the toner level by itself. So even if you just chuck the dev in there it should sort it self out.
    Whatever

The Cartridge Set mode is to give a good mix and tribo charge to the developer. I normally do this first, before any of the other settings are done. My theory is that you are better off getting a full mix before allowing black patches etc to be produced!
Please do not PM me without asking first.
