    [Misc] C352 freezes when in web browser

    Good day, all. Find myself working on a C 352 located in the customers home. The customer can print and now can copy, but can't scan to email. Went to machine web page looking to set up scanning and when I go to "network" or "scan" tabs, web page freezes. Only solution is to close browser, restart machine and go from there. Is this a browser issue? I did not try IE or Firefox, just Google. Update firmware? Any suggestions, other than those involving strange body contortions, are welcome. Thanks in advance.

    Yes this is a browser issue, older Bizhubs don't like IE for some reason, firefox works well. I would also update the firmware as a matter of course.

      You can set up mail scan from the panel if you want.

        To eliminate a browser compatibility issue try this, with the browser open looking at the copier, click Tools, Compatibility View Settings. The IP address will be in the "Add this website" box, click add. It might help.
