You haven't said if this is a copy of a gray original, or a gray print.
I'm guessing that those bars are crossfeed, not in the feed direction. I suspect that you have a registration drive problem. The paper stalls, yet the drum keeps moving. You end up with image compressions.
Personally, I'd check the registration roller bushings. I've seen the registration roller bushings ovalled out, and the grease turned to tar. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Its a grey print 11x17. And the pages have been folded up some and damaged a little. Mainly the black bars but it is also inconsistent throughout. I told the tech to do a half stop test and see if issue occurs before fuser. Sorry for the poor post. Its Christmas eve so I've had a lot on my mind. Just wanted to see what you guys thought.
