Bzhub Pro C6500 with Error C-2422

Hi Senior,
Machine has been in the warehouse nor working for 2 years, before everything alright.
Been trying to set it up,
First error was C 4520 and can be fix.
Now C-2422 , been trying :
IO 54 CMY - only less than 30 , black is good for 120

How to solve this C-2422 error please

C-4520 - clean the color registration sensors.
C-2422 - pull the magenta developer unit and clean the TCR sensor. IF that doesn't fix c-2422 switch the magenta unit with one of the others, to see if the code follows the developer unit. If it does the sensor is probably bad. ***Put tape over the developing unit when you switch them so you do not get the wrong toner in there.
