Bizhub C552 - paper jam 3003

Hi guys

Been getting a jam when paper comes out of fuser into exit tray
it only happened when i printer lots of sheets. but now is endlessly doing it. the service mode says jam 3003

Its fans the paper, just as it comes out the fuser into the exit rollers (which are on the door)
paper remains half in the fuser when you open the door

i have looked everywhere but can't figure it out...
even got a field manual in front of me. no details on it.

any ideas?

Sounds like 2nd transfer roller is going bad. Emujo

its doing this... (see red line where the paper is ending up)

If the fan fold is before the paper has entered the fuser (lead edge of the paper is in the fusing component), the 2nd x-fer roller is suspect. Emujo

no it seems to be after the fuser. its exits the fuser trying to get into the exit tray on the door.
ive taken the exit tray/rollers out and had a look around. nothing wrong (from a non expert eye)

found and fixed

major hidden folded paper bit of paper in the fuser... amazing how that A3 sheet fitted in there with being seen lol

Could be failed paper xport drive motor FTDB (p/n A0P0 H002 00), Improperly mounted actuator or failing exit sensor (PS39). Pull the fuser out and look for excessive play around the exit sensor. Emujo
