Brother HL-L6400dw - maintrance mode? wlan problem

Hey,
anyone could tell me how to enter maintrance mode in this Brother HL-L6400dw model? I want to try hard reset.
Maybe someone have earlier firmware for this model? Now I have Ver. ZE (Jul 8 2022) but with this firmware WLAN module not working (don't have "WLAN" menu in Network and WLAN icon on home screen). Pasteboard - Uploaded Image

Edit: Welp that picture is rather useless ^^
1. Press & Hold "Home Button" while in ready state.
2. Press & Hold the blank field at the bottom
3. Enter Maintenance Mode with * 2 8 6 4
4. MM 01 for Reset.

I know that this pic is useless, just show that I don't have that wifi icon.

I did a hard reset, but still nothing. I check on 3 others Brother WLAN cards and still nothing. Probably mainboard issue. If someone have previous firmware I could confirm that.

But sorry I have no way either to get an older firmware, I the printer still under Brothers 3-year warranty ?

Nope. I just try to fix that wlan but it's nothing important. Thanks for your help

You may want tell us what was done prior loosing WLAN

I wish to know that. We have a lot of printers various types (post-leasing). When I check this printer It didn't have WLAN. I check on 3 other WLAN card and still nothing. I try to update firmware, but this printer have latest one. That's why I wanted to upload some older ones to make sure it's damage to the motherboard.

If it has to be a mess, so be it. Thanks anyway

Remove side cover and check for small board sitting atop of main board. This is wireless module, check if it's not missing and snug fitted.

Yeah. I check that. It seems to be ok. I checked on two others (100% working) but still nothing. 20230307 120519 — Postimages

I dont have another printer like this anymore to check that motherboard.

The latest Firm is the one you have installed and it is not possible to find a previous one.
Have you checked if the region has it well configured in Maintenance???

Perhaps it's just set up for wired network? I think in this case there is no wlan icon since it can't use both nics at the same time.

Nope. We already had printers Brother HL-L6400dw and they all worked fine. Only this one has problems with wlan. Unfortunately, they all sold out very quickly and I didn't have time to check out on another motherboard. If it's not a code region issue then (probably) hardware issue.

If it can't be repaired, it will be for parts. We will probably have more of these models in the future. I'll check the code on Monday. Thank you for your help
