Konica Minolta C364e auto colour option in copy mode not available.

Hi All I have a KM 364e device that the auto colour option is not available in copy mode but it is available in the scan mode.

The clear all data has been done ( factory settings ) and the firmware has been updated but the option is still not available and users can only make B\W copies no colour copies cannot be done.

Is there a bit a switch that can resolve this problem or any other solution to this problem.

Is a KM 364e or KM C364e ?

Wrong forum but a 364e is a black and white machine. It uses a color CCD though which is why color scanning is available.

Do you have 4 toners or just one motley
