Iradv 4225 error light keep blinking

Good day to all

Having a iradv4225 the panel error red light keep blinking. Machine no error code indicates.

Can't make copy and print report from the machine. Any idea ? Thank you

Did you go into system monitor and see if anything is in the print queue?

Did you do something on the copier, so it shows, or did it just start? I had a case when I forgot to put the cable back into the connector of the high voltage board. The machine turns on and the light flashes, it does not show any error.

Have you ever removed the drum unit? if you did try to push it in until stuck.
