We replaced some of the PM parts and the machine is putting this streak I guess you can call it on pages. Drum blade, primary corona assembly, Transfer Roller, Transfer Cleaning Brush Roller, Cleaning Blade, Transfer Belt

Single copy was ok, multiple pages would show up with this streak/marking.Canon ImageRunner Advance 6555i.jpg

    Where is the drum itself?

That was a photo our tech sent me...I think the machine has 600,000 pages on it. And I was guessing the paper was coming out in the portrait direction.

I'll have to double check on the original issue. But I believe there was some sort of cleaning that could be done by user through the op panel that would fix their issue for awhile.

I think he may have touched the dev assembly with his finger.

Might have been some sort of curve to the drum blade causing the problem.

Our guy called me and said he re-installed it or whatever and seems to be ok.

If he didn't powder up the drum and new blade he may have gotten some skipping. As long as it's fixed.

It looks like the label was on the drum.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
