[Error Code] Canon iR Adv DX C5850 E355-003 error

Hi,
I have an E355-003 error on C5850. I've read that service mode level 3 has a clear option for this error family, but I can't reach it.
I am in level 1 and used special combination which worked with older mfp, but nothing happens. I can reach a FACTORY MODE, but I think it isn't it.
How could I get into level 3 on this MFP with a touchscreen?
I'm in dead end, please help me.

Serial numbers conflict among the SERIAL NUMBER PCB, Flash PCB, and Memory PCB
Triggered when serial numbers conflict among the 3 PCBs at main power-on, namely the SERIAL NUMBER PCB, Flash PCB, and Memory PCB.

You are right. Problem solved
I used na alcohol to clean a SN PCB connector and the issue Has gone.

Btw, I reached service menu lvl 3 by the combination which can be found in the Net, but didn't solved my issue.

Nope, you are wrong... there is also lvl 3, but it's hard to reach

It is described in the topic below:
Canon iR Service Mode

"Press "*", then Press "2" and "8" simultaneously, then Press "*" -> MODE LIST ->
- Press " * ", then Press "1" and "9" simultaneously, then Press "*" "3" "

I tried many times, fast, slow, buttons together and suddenly success - I'm in. I don't have a direct receipt - only many tries with combination above.
