Canon MF4780 - check toner cartridge - PROBLEM

Hello,
i have Canon MF4780 with error message - Check toner cart. Printer is printing, but status light is blinking red.

Can somebody help me. What can be the problem.

Remove the cartridge and check the connectors on the sides of the machine if they are bent or stuck in the frame
