    [Misc] Image data when the Copy Function is lose

    I have a 4570 copier that I have been sitting idle.
    When using it again, it shows error codes E-00732/733 when power is turned on. I cleaned the DC controllers in my machine. I also cleaned the reader scanner unit and tried again. The error code is no longer displayed. It went ok.
    What happened again was that the (((( copy function )))     data I was supposed to back up was lost. I can't reproduce it in any way.

    In the SERVICE MANUAL book, the Copy UI in service mode 2 also shows (1) so I rescheduled a Main Controller board. It's the same.

    Please suggest what else I can do, experts.

      try replace flat cable DC to reader

          Yes, I am change Dc to Mn board flat cable . But I am same error.

              If the DC PCB is damaged, try replacing it

                      E732 means that the configuration of the machine has been changed. You have something disconnected, or the device does not detect a unit.

                          Another problem is that when the machine has a paper jam, the error system does not go away. I power off the device and turn it back on and it's fine. I looked for this error in the service manual and did not find it.
                          How can I find the error after I turn off the power display? Please help me.

                              Your situation: Similar to firmware upgrade failure causing data loss in scanning the motherboard PCB.


                              This issue can be fixed by attempting a forced upgrade to fix the data
