MAYBE.

According to Microsoft you need to authenticate using your Onedrive credentials in order to write to Onedrive. Now I am not certain exactly what that is going to require. I'm pretty certain that means you will have to put your Onedrive credentials in the address book for the scan but it may also require that you are logged in to your computer with your Onedrive credentials as well. (If it doesn't then I would password protect the address book entry.)

The next option is to use RICOH Smart Integration software.

Yes, the IM & IMC range come with apps you can use to scan to Onedrive, Google dive etc.
