Are there any error codes recorded on the event log? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

How did you end up here? C-8001 indicates that your link between DF and the machine is broken... You might have a broken PRCB or DF board might be defected.Comment

I was encouraging this member to attempt to think for himself. It's a valuable skill. Someday he may need to do that if he becomes a technician.
Just tossing out solutions teaches him nothing, and he has no incentive to go through the steps to solve it himself. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
