Good afternoon. I have only one Bizhub 364e in the field. Here in Brazil this model was not sold, so I can't find any firmware on my FTP. Would anyone be kind enough to donate me a language firmware? Or at least, any firmware of this model, because I believe that the language can be the same of the colored line. So, I copy the language from color to black firmware. Thank you all.

yup, english, spanish chinese french german and italian ar the only languages available to the USA.
someone from south america would have to provide.
