    Background I series

    Someone have problem with light grey background on i series (C250i C300i) on color print? You can see only if you compare with a white sheet of paper.
    Color drum 60-70K copies.

        do a background data reset and stabilize then full set of gradations.
        We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

          Did you find a resolution for this problem? Had a similar issue on a C360i. Reseated every connector I could find, replaced the IDC sensors, drums and belt were new, gradation, you name it. Finally replaced the High Voltage board and that fixed it.

          Here are some samples of the demo page, scanned and zoomed in (pic on left is two different C360i)
          Let me know if this is what you're getting:

              That looks funny - kind of all colors are sprinkled. Did any of the voltages looked off?

                Also encountered this problem in Production Printers ( C1060/C3070/C4070),
                not yet resolved.
