Konica Minolta bizhub press C 8000 c2202

Good day engineers
I'm currently working on this bizhub press C 8000 and it gives me an error c2202.
I already replaced the developing unit and developer of cyan but problem still occurred.

thats most likely because the C2202 is a code for Magenta developer motor not Cyan.
