I am a xerox technician. This is my first experience with Konica Minolta. Of course, I have helped many friends from this site with xerox problems, and I am ready for any help. 15 years of experience in xerox

If you helped so many people why do you have all the RED reputation cards?

If you don't think a small donation of $5 or $10 is fair not only for the 2 manuals you need now but for any help you may need in the future then google the service manuals and buy them there.

Starting 34 Posts and having a total reply amount of 143 while collecting this many red cards realy takes some. I would understand a neutral or slightly red standing but his reputation almost looks like one from a spammer on here lol

If you're a copier tech, this site is the best deal on the planet. It rubs me the wrong way when someone asks for a manual/firmware/help that they're not willing to make a measly $5 contribution. This money isn't going in our pocket, it's to help keep this site up and running.

PM me your email and I will send the manuals this time. Not sure what the red cards were for but if you have been a tech that long you should be entitled to some help. Didn't want to feel like I was holding you up for a contribution. I've been there needing manuals.
But consider the help this forum provides and make a small contribution. This way CTN will be here next time you venture away from Xerox.
