C454e - Magenta Stripes

hi guys,

got a Konica C454e that is pushing magenta dev onto the drums charge corona which is resulting in magenta stripes on the print outs.example.jpg

we have replaced the magenta drum/dev, cleaned out the main drive, replaced the toner and ozone filters, transfer belt,

the machine is on the latest firmware and has about 300k toner meter count.

the drums life are around 70% and devs life are 50% apart from the magenta's as they are new.

transfer roller and fuser are above 50%

any suggestions?

Are you using genuine Konica Minolta toner ?

Did you replace the Magenta Drum and Development Unit (NEW or Used from another machine)?
