    C3350i cannot access server mode

    Hello.

I had to replace the SSD and now I get a C-8403. I have to go into the service menu, but I can't get in via the counter. And there is no Utility/Counter button that I could hold down when starting the printer, right? Do you have any tips for me?

    Thanks & greetings

Now I could go to the service mode with the lower button. Only here the password does not work. I have tried everything from 1x 9272 to the standard 4x 9272. Any ideas?

I can't find a 789be only a789be. And that does not seem right.

Did you update firmware and recover data after storage board replacement?

        Firmwareupdate I have made.

I must say that the SSD comes from a C250i (logically formatted there). What does recovered data means?

Logical format doesn't actually clear out all the data, it just erases a few of the partitions on the SSD. Since you pulled it from a different model of copier, you will need to wipe of the drive by attaching it to an appropriate PC and clearing out the partition table completely before installing it into the C3350i. After that you need to run a firmware update on it immediatly upon first power up so that the copier installs it's own partition table and data onto the cleared SSD.
