Need help with a C5500 with error code C-3803. The machine got some water dripped on it from above in the ceiling. What should I try first?

sc38-03 is abnormally low fuser temp.You will need to check out the fuser unit,lamps ,thermistors etc to make sure they all ok.Reset the fuser error code in softswitches bit 3-1,=0 and see what happens.If the fuser checks out and the code returns then i guess you will have a ACDB or PRCB issue.I had one in similiar circumstances and was the ACDB...SiComment

How do I get into the softswitches when the machine starts up it goes right to the error code message. I can't get into the utility counter or anything. What's the sequance of buttons to get in and reset the error code from that screen.Comment

Press and hold the "utility/counter" button, then turn the maschine on, this will bring you directly into service mode
