Bizhub Pro920 SC67-09, not in the manual.
Seems to be in the DF, and the only way to get around it is to open the DF top cover when you power up. The machine will come to ready, and then you can close the cover and move on. Problem is that the code is pretty persistent.

Had the same thing on a 1050 DF the other day, it turned out to be a dirty reflector for one of the sensors. I know its not exactly the same feeder but I would definately clean all the sensors/reflectors and readjust them just to be sure. -

You saw this personally? Or was it relayed to you via customer?
A TSB for that machine relates to sensors on the closest error I could find.
