      That looks easier than checking the door latches or the side door actuator!

              That's not a fix LOL .... but it is mighty entertaining. Try door latches or the side door actuator like mo recommended!

                          I've never seen anyone break the door hooks on a c450 ever, only the green plastic release lever.

                          must be some very rough users, or a very regularly jamming machine.

                          wonder if its the infamous upper vertical transport roller 1 way clutch that causes codeless jams and requests to check the paper in the trays (below tray1/bypass)
