Anyone ever heard of a F345 error code on an Alphard2 or Alphard1 device (or any Kyocera machine for that matter)? I can understand why counterfeit codes are unpublished, but come on guys.... If it can show up on a device we should be able to get information on it.

Re: F345 error code
For what it's worth:
An error is detected at the Panel management section. 1) Reseat connectors: main PWB-YC12, YC17, YC30; Op Panel-YC1 YC2, YC3; 2) Reformat HDD U024 FULL; 3) Initialize backup memory U021; 4) Repl Op panel PWB; 5) Repl main PWB; 6) Retrieve USBLOG and contact SAD.
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: F345 error code
FYI
It was either main or MMI firmware that resolved this issue. I'm not sure which as both were updated at the same time...But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.
