Kyocera P6235cdn problem with Toner residue on lower Fuser roller

Dear colleagues,

there's a problem with toner residues on the lower fuser roller.

I had this issue with a black/white machine and you can change the fuser mode from 1 to 2 in the settings.
This worked.
Can I do this here too?
