[Misc] Lexmark CX921/XC9235 - Developer units

    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone here has experience with "Chinesium" developers for these Lexmark devices?
    - Lexmark is wanting an extortionate price for basic maintenance items

From what I gather they're based on the Develop Ineo 458+ which uses the DV-619 developers (Much cheaper than the Lexmark branded ones), which leads me to the question if these will work?

      Hello,

I would give it a try.

In my opinion the worst case is

      a) Developer is not recognized
      b) Developer "kills" DrumUnit.

Can you try an used DV-619? Then you know at least, whether DV-619 is recognized correctly.

At the end the owner of the machine decides what to do...

      Good Luck!
