This machine is brand new. Company that markets this as a specialty printer charges a lot for contracts, so cust has real expensive printer and no local dealer. I got through the first 2 calls, but have no service manual. My main question at the moment is admin password. Cust did not change it and the defaults I find do not work. I did 1,2,3,4,5,6 and all 9's. Is there another default password, and where can I buy a service manual for this thing?
