Tally Pin Printer 2150 and rattling noise

Hello,

I have a Tally Printer T2150 which makes a rattling noise during start up and some gears move back and forth then.
Then it reboots and a Hardware Error +0310 +000--- 000128 +0304 is shown in display.
Does anyone know this?
What can I do?

Have you tried lubricating the steel shaft where the print head runs? Checked for obstructions such as paper scraps. What have you tried to do?
