    HP Enterprise MFP M775 pronlems

    I am having some problems with the CYAN color kind of spilling a bit along the paper edge, could this just be a bad toner cartridge?

    I cleaned the machine, checked the transfer belt for spilage, and found no problems there, so I am leaning to maybe try and get a new CYAN tone to see if that might be the issue.

    But I thought I would hear the pros what their thought were!!

      Yes, I think the defect on the cyan cartridge is evident, is it OEM? I'd also take a look at the fuser for the sake of caution.

          You could measure the distance between the blue dots. The manual should list the diameter of each roller/drum in the mfp.
