[Error Code] Lexmark CX820 recovery mode

Hi

I've flashed my CX820's firmware to the latest version, CXTPP.221.204, but now the machine only boots into Recovery Mode, nothing else comes onto the display. Any suggestions how I can get out of recovery mode?

Have you tried accessing assistance mode for clearing?

How do I get into Assistance mode? The machine gives me 2 choice, USB recovery and Network recovery, but I don't have the service manual, so it's difficult to proceed.

Looks that the main board is screwed. Tried every possible key combination to start up the machine to no avail. The machine insists on booting into recovery mode.

I was able to to telnet into the console, port 9400. Here's what I see:

I called Lexmark support a few days ago, and was given instructions to revive the machine. I needed to download a utility called Winbidi.exe. Under Windows, by giving command to the machine through network, I was able to drop the firmware to the machine and revive it. Here's an example:

winbidi 192.168.1.34:9400 CSTZJ.076.308.fls

i have the same problem with a CS820. :-(
Where can i get the "winbidi" software?!
There is no chance to download it anywhere.
