[Electrical] Wiring diagram for ricoh products

    Greeting

Does any body know where I can find wiring Diagram for Ricoh MPC 2011?

I think wiring diagram is not a part of service manuals for Ricoh. Either it is provided separately OR Ricoh has not made it at all.

Wiring diagram will really help me(& all) a lot during fault finding especially in case of electrical problems.

    Regards & thanks in advance

Wiring Diagrams haven't been part of the Ricoh service manuals for a long time now. Try looking on your local Ricoh tech website for the MP C2003 and 2503 as they are the same as a MP C2011.
At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.

What you want is the POINT TO POINT diagram. Shows the connection between between all components in block diagram mode. Connector number are shown with pin out tables for each connector. With newer models that do not have cable part numbers in the Pats Catalog, they are listed on the P to P.

Sir I want something like this.

Please check my new thread "C Q problem in MP C2011".
There are no codes or error logged. So don't know how to start & which parts / boards are faulty.
We I get such wiring diagram, I can check the output of different parts, control signals etc.

        Regards & Thanks for replay

I have been servicing Ricoh for ages and haven't seen anything like it. Ricoh has point to point diagram that shows all the connections and everything you need to know about the parts.
          Aye! Cut the crap

like MANY have been saying... you require the POINT to POINT diagrams that are in the manuals...

in your ERROR log will be error codes NOT SEEN on the display.

CQ problems MOST times on Ricoh products can be narrowed down by looking and comparing the Birth Cert values to those on the machine currently and working thru the differences.

You want an electrical block diagram?
              An electrical process flow chart?

Ricoh company identifies their electrical "schematic diagrams" as "Point to Point" diagrams.

they aren't in the SM anymore? I guess because they make the units " modular " they feel techs no longer know how to use Ohm meters.. scopes n such? wow talk about dumbing down the work force.

Point to points can be found in the 3d parts manuals and not sure who else uses but the TDC in the UK normally has p2p for the copier your working on.
I can remember circuit diagrams for boards used to be available a long long time ago. One guy once asked a trainer in a Ricoh training course at Feltham in the UK many years ago and he said the diagrams were no longer supplied to Technical Support due to copyright and patent issues.

I think Ricoh don't want own engineers / Dealers or third party service provider to support their products effectively.
I think thats why Ricoh is slowly loosing their market share as end users do not want them self to get handicapped
