How do i update the Pro 5300 Media Library to latest version ?

Hi i work for a Ricoh dealer. i have access to Ricoh octopus etc.
are my right in thinking it is done just like a firmware update
got a customer who has noticed their Library is ver 2 he wants it updating

any help would be great

Yes it's done using SD card method. Just like any other firmware. Yeah, ver. 2 sounds pretty old.

It should be on the customer drivers and download page. The current USA version is Ver.4. It was released Pro C5300S/C5310S Downloads | Ricoh Global
Scroll down to Master Paper Library for Europe Pro C5300. Other regional options are USA, Asia and China. You will probably have to extract and place on a SD card. Instructions should be in the installation section of the Service Manual or at least are for the C5100, the last Pro model I have a manual for.

The version on the TSRC in the US is ver 8. Found with the other machine firmware.
