How do I prevent toner from being added while shooting at the sky?

Do you know any function like that?
I only know the sp 3100 that disables the reading of the toner chip

The first thing you have to do is determine why it has over toned. Otherwise it will just over tone again. Most likely the ID sensor is dirty or defective.

It happens that the technicians where I work provide toner and reset the developer
That's why I want to rescue those developers because they have few copies.

split the unit and vacunm nr the mag roller w/out pulling developer off as you turn the unit by hand..in the proper direction....
you will see a difference after 5-6 turns...
i think the 03 dev units suck..very moody with mag roller void lines on any debris

The teachers are going to scold me.
It has happened to me with poor quality toner or developing units to change.

                    MPC5503

I place an empty jar and deactivate 31000001# 1#
                    I'm going to 210900323#1#
sp address 2109005# I choose the color #ok
I touch COPY and take out the copies that I calculate are necessary to unload the toner from the unit.
When I think it's decent, I turn it off, perform general maintenance,
(transfer, laser, ID, melter, scanner, etc.)

                    I leave 3100001#0# again
                    I put quality toner.
                    I make full music o 3011002#
                    then 2111...a,b,c,d...

                    exit
                    USER TOOLS
                    MAINTENANCE...printer calibration, copying, etc.
