    MP 501 bypass roller

Anyone ever replace the bypass roller on a MP 501? After reviewing the procedure, it looks like a nightmare. And how long does it take?

Never mind, I'm an idiot. The model in question is a mp c307. Thank God.

I have never changed it, however you necessarily have to remove the complete door (quite a boring job) after which you can remove the complete by-pass unit (2 screws on the side, and 1 connector), then you put it on a table, and the rest it's quite intuitive, some plastic stops, on the clutch and on the other side, and then you remove the shaft with the roller and it comes off, I think it's more annoying to remove the complete door, than the by-pass unit

I changed some bypass rollers once on a c305 and it was quite a headache. In the end I changed the entire bypass group because the problem was not solved. The procedure is as Luca says.
