Ricoh Fax 3760nf/F550/LF 416e/4420NF Servie and Parts manuals

I need the service and parts manual for a Ricoh Fax. There was no model number on the front. On the back sticker I found these models listed: 3760nf/F550/LF 416e/4420NF.

The machine is making a thumping sound that seems to be coming from the fuser. Probably a flat press roller.
