Is the document a PDF? If it is, try loading a copy of the PDF on a USB memory stick, then plugging the stick into the machine and print that document...Leave a comment:

Yeah, I downloaded it but didn't try the full package. I only tried the print driver only. When I get back to the office I will give it a go.

It must, but the install will not set the print driver up with a TCP/IP port. I installed a TCP/IP port on the print driver, but no joy.
