Mxm7570 keyboard wrong characters

I’m having and issue with a mxm7570. Initially the op panel would go black randomly. I tried the firmware update without success. I ordered a new op panel screen. I replaced the screen and that issue of black was resolved. 3 weeks later I now have an issue with the keyboard. When you press any key it will type a sequence of random characters. I’m thinking the issue maybe with the converter underneath the keyboard.

Sounds like the display got hit with disinfectant. Have you tried to clean key contacts?

Maybe to calibrate display?
I think that sim is 65-01

I have had this happen a few times. Reseat the connectors if you haven't already done so. If that doesn't work, then you can either replace the little board that is on the keyboard or replace the keyboard.

I have seen this happen. Replacing the keyboard fixed it.
