MX-M4070 Scan to Email 3332 DSK

I'm wondering if I'm missing something with this MX-M4070 with DSK. I have 7 of them to install. 6 of them scan to email successfully using our office365 server. One of them will not work with that server no matter what we try. I know 1000% the smtp settings are correct. I've also compared every single Network Setting and Security Setting in the System settings to verify everything matches with a working model.

It always gives a 3332 error: Authentication failed. Please check the User name and Password. The only difference that I know of is this last one has Data Security unlike the others, but I don't see how that should matter. What am I missing?

I now have it set it up to our less secure rackspace server and it works perfectly. We have that for older machines that still need to scan.

To be clear, I reset the nic, formatted the hdd, reset factory defaults, copied the hdd info (sim 56) to clear the old admin password, updated FW, and more.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Clone network settings from one of the machines that does work?

I know on the older machines that you also had to check Image Send Settings - Condition Settings to make sure the 'default reply address' is the same as the 'sender address' in the SMTP settings. that would cause some weird issues. Not sure if it affects newer machines but it couldn't hurt!

When it comes to scanning, there are a few things I've experienced:

      1. Make sure you don't overthink it and check the basics first before you go crazy checking difficult things.
      2. Check the SSL encryption level (Security > SSL/TLS Settings > Level of Encryption)
      3. You can clone just the network settings in System Control > Device Clone > Just select Network settings and add a password(DSK requires it)
      4. The IP may not be allowed to scan to email, change it to one of the other IPs that work(temporarily), and see if the network allows it. (usually you get a Network Timeout /Failure to connect error though)

Please check that your date and time are set correctly. I have that in the past the date and time are used somehow in the authetication.
