does anybody can tell me what to do when F2-43 occur?

It's your yellow toner density sensor abnormality. What is the history? Did you do a developer change and then received the code? What kind of toners are you using, is it OEM or an Ebay special? Was the machine just running and came up with this error? Did you replace a toner and received this error? Seems my crystal ball is not working this morning.

Maybe the developer yellow is not normal

First step, you can doing simulation 25-2 /(klik the yellow colour )
And then if the value is not normal, Yoi can change the yellow developer, and for the best result you can change main charger unit yellow

The reading in this SIM will tell you how much (or how little) toner is reaching the DV unit. The lower the number, the greater the amount of toner in the DV unit.
Check that the toner feed tubes are not clogged up. Some of these series have a known issue where the DV drive motor shafts get eaten by loose DV material. That code will show up if the value is below 73 or above 200.

The machine works only with original toner.
Please see att. pictures about the simulation.
The sensor is working fine and change developer only?

Hi

your yellow developer is defective, there is no area coverage. Also check the drum and MK kit and insert a new toner waste container

replace your yellow mk kit and drum if needed and also yellow developer. MK kits never make life and will short and suck developer.

Have you opened your service manual and referred to "adjustments and settings" page on 5-3? It gives you step by step instructions on how to perform the developer replacement.

It is evident he is not a Tech. If he had the manual he would of know what a F2-43 code was.

I would suggest to him to gain the services of a qualified Tech.

Hi, THX for help. Sometimes it`s better to ask colleques, maybe they
share different experiences.
Shame on you @Larhal for being so snooty.
Furthermore, sharp machines are new territory to me.
