What Hopper inside the unit did you clean? If it was a grounding issue the layer of toner would be very thick. Looks way over toned. Try a new Developer...Leave a comment:

If you have a developer unit try exchanging it. Colour copies/prints use composite black which is enhanced by adding the colours to it.Leave a comment:
