Hello, you see, whenever the error f2-40 has appeared in these models we have always changed the whole DV unit and it was solved but in this case I changed the DV unit for a new one and after 4 days the error continues to appear again, I don't know if anyone has had any problem of this type and you can help me.

I have had these a few times. Make sure the unit has new toner lock modification installed.

Check the drum unit, sometimes a little bit of paper gets stuck to the drum on these models and pulls out Developer.
Had the same just 3 days ago

I had one ended up being the DCPS pwb.

Thank you very much with your answer, as the new toner modification, do you mean a bulletin for the machine, or a modification of the toners.

The little horseshoe shape bit at the rear of the copier that locks the toner cartridge in. If you remove the toner and look into the opening you will see it at the back. There is a bulletin.
