    MX-M2651 Jams

We have a M2651 with about 115k and it will intermittently jam going up into the fuser and come up with a C1PFD_S1 jam code.
We have replaced the PS Unit, Paper feed unit 1, and the photo interrupt on the bottom of the fuser unit. It looks like the fuser unit doesn't turn on, because the lead edge of the jam is accordion. Anyone else seen this or have any suggestions?
    Thanks

But what about the C1PFD sensor (or the lever) ? Did you replace it ?

We've seen issues with the fuser drive, there's bulletins for a gear's teeth getting worn down and not driving the fuser. I would start, however, by checking the paper weight setting in System Settings, and check the fusing guide and make sure it's centered, or maybe even play with it.

This jam only means it's jamming out of tray one, so have you tried other trays to see if it jams, and if so, what the jam code is?

C1PFD is located in the paper feed unit, which we replaced the whole unit with a new one.

I would not incriminate the fuser since the jam is detected on the C1PFD and not the POD1_S for example.
Can you switch fuser with another unit to test ?
Did you see the jams yourself or it's too random ? Put the unit in aging misfeed and check if it's really mechanical and not a malfunctioning sensor.
