I would think they would be in stock soon in the EU as there are 37 in US stock.

The Canon inner finisher L1 looks like a close match but I no nothing about Canon or if the L1 is close to a FN27N or BP-FN11.

Unless it's broken, they're easy to adjust... Takes way too long to get to it, but the adjustment itself is pretty easy. They even put out an assist unit adjustment manual for it.

Where would someone find this manual on the Sharp Service website?

I was trying to find a record of where I got it from, I assume from my Sharp rep, but not sure.

Here is a link to the manual for the FN27, which works for the BPFN11/12:

Thx for that, but that will only fix the problem for a while.

We have FNM5 and F1-22, and CCE-3005R talks specifically about these erros/jams.

It's about the tension of 2 belts that fails when there is too much paper, so adjusting wont resolve it.

We need the revised parts and then do the adjustment on the new piece.

Service and Parts manuals are both available on the Sharp Service website. They are listed as BP-FN11/FN12/PN14

Pretty sure this manual isn't on the US Sharp service site. At least I can't find it. When I printed it it called for A4 paper which also makes me think this wasn't meant for US consumption.

Regardless, same concept as the US finisher, the only thing that isn't stated in it is to also take off the stapleless staple unit. It makes it much easier to get the blue cables through to get the processing tray unit out.

Right here. On the US service site

And when printing, this is the screen I get. Calls for Letter. If it shows A4 for you, I would check driver settings
